So it can be you, your isp, any number of locations along the route owned by any number of other ISP/infrastructure owners etc, and could be WT or their ISP. It can be caused by your connection, the Servers connection or any of the hops(connections along route) between you and them. Packet loss can be caused by either the client or the server so it does not mean it is their fault. Oh and OP, being extremely general here BUT generally speaking if someone is hacking you and controlling your inputs then it is more likely that they have hacked your PC not the game, if the issue persists when on your desktop or in other apps (mouse moving by itself, folders opening on their own, basically anything that looks like your PC is being haunted) then maybe its time to start freaking out but in this instance it was simply a bad connection error, no need to panic about hackers coming to get you. It is possible that is was simply OP's pack loss reaching the quadruple digits but it can also be an issue for the whole team. True and depending on how bad the connection issue is it can affect multiple players and occasionally everyone on the server, though this often ends within 1-2 minutes as the server will shut down and kick everyone from the match (and it will give everyone crew locks if the issue occurred before the 10 minute mark).
